    Shikkui Plaster - Application

Originally developed in 1964 at Tagawa Sangyo, the very first Japanese Shikkui lime Plaster (城かべ Shirokabe) has long been publicly recognized all over Japan as a high-quality traditional and natural construction material. Below you can see some examples of how it is implemented for both interior and exterior wall designs of private and public residences, as well as for reconstruction of Japanese castles and temples.
