Tagawa Industries Co., Ltd. received an award in the Overseas Expansion category at the “FY2025 300 Thriving SMEs and Small Businesses” awards ceremony held by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry on May 29, 2026.
This program, administered by the Small and Medium Enterprise Agency, selects companies that are undertaking business transformation or venturing into new businesses and are expected to contribute to the growth of regional and national economies.
Our company was recognized for its overseas expansion initiatives rooted in traditional materials—including the development of eco-friendly materials, the presentation of the “THE ZEN” plaster space at international trade shows, and projects related to Ukraine’s reconstruction that incorporate the reuse of construction debris—all built upon the plaster techniques we have cultivated for over 100 years.
