Returns, Exchanges, and Other Policies

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for reasons related to customer convenience. We appreciate your understanding. Additionally, for returns due to defective or incomplete items, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the product. We will cover the shipping costs for returns caused by defective or incomplete items.

Refunds

If you paid via cash on delivery (COD), refunds will be issued via bank transfer or cash by registered mail. If you paid by credit card, the refund will be processed through your credit card issuer. Please contact your credit card issuer directly regarding the timing and method of the refund. No interest will be applied to refund amounts.

Delivery Schedule

We will deliver your order via Seino Transport (excluding remote islands other than the main island of Okinawa). After payment is confirmed on a business day (Monday through Friday, excluding irregular holidays), we will ship your order within approximately 2–3 business days. (Orders received after 5:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.)

We apologize, but you are responsible for any bank transfer fees. If you specify a delivery date and time, please make the payment at least 5 business days prior to the delivery date.
