Returns, Exchanges, and Other Policies
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for reasons related to customer convenience. We appreciate your understanding. Additionally, for returns due to defective or incomplete items, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the product. We will cover the shipping costs for returns resulting from defective or incomplete items.
Refunds
If you paid by credit card, the refund will be processed through your credit card issuer. Please contact your credit card issuer directly regarding the timing and method of the refund. No interest will be charged on the refunded amount.
Delivery Schedule
We ship via Seino Transport (excluding remote islands other than the main island of Okinawa). After payment is confirmed on a business day (Monday–Friday, excluding irregular holidays), we will ship your order within approximately 2–3 business days. (Orders received after 5:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.)
Payment Methods and Due Dates

For bank transfers, shipment will be made only after we confirm that the payment was made from an account in your name. We kindly ask that you cover any bank transfer fees. If you specify a delivery date and time, please make the payment at least 5 business days prior to the delivery date.
