Installation Precautions

・Although long-term storage does not affect the product’s quality, as a general guideline, if the product has been in storage for more than 6 months after manufacture, perform a test application; if the water-retention properties have decreased, add a binding agent (powdered ginkgo grass).

・Be sure to apply Shirokabe Sealer to surfaces in contact with soil or substrates with high water absorption.

・Use a metal trowel for troweling whenever possible; use a plastic trowel only for finishing.

・Since efflorescence is more likely to occur in winter, keep the area as warm as possible and avoid application when temperatures are below 5°C.
